SUDDEN COOLING
Steel bars pass through a specially designed, fully automated and computerized sudden cooling chamber.
SELF-TEMPERING
The bars are removed from the cooling chamber and rest until the surface solidifies, thus creating an outer layer of tempered marten site.
COOLING
The bars enter the cooling trays. In this final phase, the austenitic core becomes ferrite-pearlite, ductile.

Lengths produced: custom (3m and 6m) and standard (12m).
PACKAGING
Automatic packaging, with appropriate labeling, in bundles or batches weighing up to 2 tons and 12 meters long
Each knot contains a standard number of rods, grouped by size and length, securely tied with wire, at intervals of 2.4 meters (in 5 or 6 points). Each knot is identified with a rod label, indicating the international standard used, the dimension, the number of units and the production date.
